1/15/08 Dear Mr. Baker: This is in response to your letter dated Nov. 11, 2007, to the Secretary of Education concerning your complaint against St. Louis Community College... #07-05-2042. Your letter express dissatisfaction with the final Agency determination issued Oct. 2, 2007, by the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Enforcement concerning the handling of your complaint by the Kansas City office of the OCR. I am sorry that you remain dissatisfied with the outcome of your complaint. However, as you were informed in the letter of Oct. 2, 2007... you have received a final determination. There is no further review or reconsideration of this determination within the U.S. Dept. of Education. You may wish to consult with an attorney regarding what other options are available to you.
