President’s Appeal—Page 2

Text Box: If your administration sees to it that this complaint “gets its objective day in court,” I believe it will ultimately—but no doubt painfully—succeed because its legal positions are sound. More importantly, this could be the first essential, and perhaps historic step toward undermining the pseudoscience, anti-empiricism, censorship, and activist domination that now characterizes our entire education system, as well as eliminate a major underlying cause for many of our school’s educational failures. It may also begin to reverse the broader social and political trends described above, including replacing the worship of “relative truths” and situational “facts” and “relative truths” with higher-level principles and scientific probabilities. If your administration should chose not to do so, a similar opportunity to address activism’s destructive effects on our culture may not present itself for a very long time.
I do not have the resources to pursue this matter on my own. Thus I need your help. But I will continue to do what I can to advance this mission until I am convinced this case has been objectively adjudicated under existing laws. In pursuing this case, I am primarily seeking to help stimulate greater equality and justice for the male-sex, which will also inevitably benefit our children, women, family structures. Achieving any to the other possibilities would, of course, be “bonuses.” I am not looking for personal notoriety or economic gain, thus I prefer the government right these wrongs. On the other hand, I am prepared to aggressively pursue punitive civil action against the discriminatory institutions and individuals identified in this case. Any form of help your office provides in drawing this case to the attention of competent legal counsel prepared to work on a contingency basis would be instrumental.
I have enclosed copies of my three recent review request letters to Ms. Spellings, Mr. Blacks “final” denial, my 2nd Appeal, Ms. Bennett’s “first” appeal denial, and Mr. Negro’s “initial” denial, hoping you will have a truly gender-neutral and highly competent attorney examine the legal merits of this case. Almost all earlier correspondence—my original grievance with St. Louis Community College and exchanges with the DOE’s OCR—can be found on my website at www.EmasculationOfAmerica.com.
I look forward to hearing from someone in your office in the near future. If any one in your office has questions or requires further information please contact me when convenient. If so desired, I will treat this letter private and confidential, assuming my complaints are objectively adjudicated consistent with applicable regulations and current interpretations of the Constitution.
Sincerely,

Doug Baker
